세부전공명	기초법 전공 (Major in Basics of Law)

세부전공 해설(국문)	실정법의 해석을 중심으로 하는 다른 법학 전공과 달리 기초법 전공은 법제와 법학의 근본적인 문제들을 철학적, 역사적, 사회과학적 관점에서 연구한다. 이를 위해 법철학, 법사학, 법사회학, 법인류학, 비교법학 등의 교과목을 개설한다.
세부전공 해설(영문)	This major provides fundamental understandings of legal institutions and legal science from philosophical, historical, and social scientific standpoints, as contrasted with other law majors focusing on dogmatic construction of positive law. The main subjects of this major include philosophy of law, history of law, sociology of law, anthropology of law, and comparative law.

세부전공명	공법 전공 – 헌법 트랙
담당교수	김경제, 홍선기
세부전공 해설(국문)	국가의 최고법인 헌법이 탄생된 배경과 가치를 학습하고, 헌법에 보장된 기본권에 대해 자신의 삶과 연관하여 이해하고 인권 감수성을 높이고자 한다. 이를 위해 헌법철학적, 국가법적 고찰을 통해 대한민국의 통치구조 또한 학습한다. 구체적으로는 권력분립론, 비교헌법론, 헌법사, 정부형태론, 헌법판례연구, 기본권론, 헌법재판제도론, 국가론, 지방자치제도론, 언론법론 등을 학습한다.

세부전공명	공법 전공 – 행정법 트랙 (Administrative Law Track)
담당교수	최봉석, 김재선
세부전공 해설(국문)	행정법 전공은 현대 행정의 각 영역에서의 주요 쟁점과 행정법 일반이론을 판례 등과 접목하여 학습한다. 이 과정은 행정 각 분야에서 발생되는 법률관계를 중심으로 학습한다. 본 전공의 주요 과목으로는 행정작용법연구, 환경법연구, 토지공법연구, 국가배상법연구, 행정입법론연구 등이 있다.
세부전공 해설(영문)	The Administrative Law major combines major issues in each area of modern administration with the general theory of administrative law. In particular, this track learns administrative theory and practice focusing on characteristic legal relationships in each field of administration. Administrative Law Track has main theme such as Studies on Administrative Law of Function, Studies on Law of Reparation by Government, Studies on Administrative Procedure Law, Studies on Environmental Law, Studies on Administrative Law of Land, Studies on Law of Local Self-government, Studies on Administrative Rulemaking and so on.

세부전공 해설(국문)	민사법 전공은 재산법, 가족법, 민사소송법 등의 민사적 법률관계의 주요한 쟁점에 관한 법이론과 그 사상적 배경 및 판례 등을 학습한다. 이 과정에서는 민법일반이론, 법률행위론, 소멸시효론, 소유권론, 취득시효론, 물권법 판례연구, 계약론, 채권법 판례연구, 이혼법론, 민사책임론, 비교민법론, 민사소송법 일반이론, 민사소송 증거론, 민사재판론, 강제집행론 등을 학습한다.
세부전공 해설(영문)	Major in Civil Law studies legal theories, their ideological foundations and precedents on primary issues of civil legal relationship such as property law, family law and civil procedure act. In this process, the course studies the general theory of civil law, theory of legal act, theory of extinctive prescription, theory of ownership, theory of acquisitive prescription, study of law of realities precedent. theory of contract, study of law of obligations, theory of divorce law, theory of civil liability, theory of comparative civil law, general theory of civil action, theory of evidence in civil action, theory of civil trial, theory of compulsory execution etc.

세부전공명	형사법 전공 (Major in Criminal Law)
담당교수	강동욱, 변종필
세부전공 해설(국문)	형사법 전공은 범죄와 형벌에 관해 규정하고 있는 실체 형법 및 이를 실현하기 위한 절차를 규율하고 있는 형사소송법을 대상으로 이론과 판례를 병행하여 다룬다. 아울러 관련 쟁점들에 관한 각종 정책적 논의와 제언 등도 함께 학습한다. 이 전공의 주요과목으로는 형법총론, 형법각론, 형사소송법, 형사정책, 형사법판례연구 등이 있다.
세부전공 해설(영문)	This major treats the theories and precedents associated with criminal law, namely substantial law which regulates crimes and punishments, and procedural law which regulates process and methods to realize criminal law. In addition, it treats a variety of political discussions and proposals about relevant issues. Core subjects are as follows: general theories of criminal law, particulars of criminal law, criminal procedure law, criminal policy, study on criminal law case etc..

세부전공 해설(국문)	상사법전공에서는 자본주의사회에서 필수불가결한 상법전과 상사특별법령을 주된 연구대상으로 하고 있다. 복잡한 법률과 다양한 판례가 존재하고 있는 바, 체계적으로 검토하여 간명한 법리를 제시하는 것을 목표로 한다.
세부전공 해설(영문)	The main research focus of Commercial Law Major is the Commercial Code and special laws on commercial activity that are indispensable to capitalism. As there exist complex legislation and various case laws, the goal is to conduct a systematic review and propose a clear and concise legal principle.

세부전공 해설(국문)	국제법 전공은 국제법의 이론과 실제를 연구함으로써 현대 국제공동체에 현존하는 다양한 분야의 쟁점과 사건에 대한 법적 분석능력의 함양하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 한국을 포함한 다양한 국가들의 실행과 다양한 국제, 국내 재판소들의 판례를 검토함과 아울러 학자로서의 비판적 분석틀이 이용된다. 본 전공은 국제인권법, 국제기구법, 국제인도법, 국제형사법, 국제경제법, 조약법, 해양법 및 국제분쟁의 평화적 해결을 포함하는 다양한 국제법 분야의 강좌들로 구성된다.
세부전공 해설(영문)	Public International Law major by studying theories and practices of international law aims at enhancing legal analytic skills to understand the various contemporary international issues and conflicts. For the purpose of the major international law students will be required to review states practices, including the Republic of Korea, and the case laws of various international (and national) courts and tribunals in a critical manner. Public International Law major is constituted with the series of lectures on: “international human rights law,” “international economic law,” “international institutional law,” “international humanitarian law,” “international criminal law and procedure,” “law of treaties,” “law of the sea.”, “peaceful settlement of disputes and international litigations,” and other fields of public international law.

세부전공 해설(국문)	노동법은 근로자와 사용자의 관계를 규율하는 법으로 원칙적으로 취업을 한 모든 근로자들을 보호하는 법 분야라 할 수 있다. 최근 고용형태가 다양화됨에 따라 근로자와 유사하게 노무를 제공하면서도 근로자로 인정받지 못하는 사람(택배기사, 배달기사 등)들이 급증함에 따라 이들을 어떻게 보호하느냐가 노동법의 중요한 이슈로 떠오르고 있다. 노동법은 차츰 근로자와 유사하게 일하는 모든 사람들을 보호하는 방향으로 영역을 넓혀가고 있다. 사회보장법은 출산, 양육, 실업, 노령, 장애, 질병 및 사망 등의 사회적 위험으로부터 모든 국민을 보호하고 국민 삶의 질을 향상시키는 데 필요한 소득·서비스를 보장하는 사회보험, 공공부조, 사회서비스에 관한 법분야이다. 최근의 저출산·고령화, 실업자의 증가, 사회적 취약계층의 보호 등의 사회적 문제를 해결하는 데 가장 관련이 깊은 분야가 사회보장법이다. 사회보장법은 모든 국민이 요람에서 무덤까지 인간다운 생활을 할 수 있도록 평생사회안정망을 보장하는 데 기여하는 법분야라고 할 수 있다.
세부전공 해설(영문)	The Labor Law is a law field that regulates the relationship between employees and employers, and in principle, that protects all employed people. With the recent diversification of employment forms, how to protect people who provide labor similar to employees but are not recognized as employees (such as delivery workers) has emerged as an important issue in the labor law. Labor law is gradually expanding its scope to protect everyone who works similar to employees. The Social Security Law is a law field on social insurance, public assistance, and social services that protects all citizens from social risks such as childbirth, parenting, unemployment, old age, disability, disease, and death. It guarantees income security and medical services to improve the quality of life for all citizens. The Social Security Law is the most relevant area to solve social problems such as the recent low birth rate and aging population, the increase of unemployed, and the protection of the socially vulnerable. The Social Security Law is a legal field that contributes to ensuring a lifelong social stability network so that all citizens can live with dignity from cradle to grave

세부전공 해설(국문)	탐정법전공은 현재 민간조사형태로 운영되고 있는 탐정제도와 관련된 현행 법규에 대하여 연구하고 이론적 기초를 마련함과 동시에, 외국의 탐정제도와 탐정관련법규에 대한 검토·분석을 통해 바람직한 탐정법규의 마련을 위한 토대를 만드는 것을 목적으로 한다.
세부전공 해설(영문)	The detective law major aims to study the current laws and regulations related to the detective system, which is currently operated in the form of a private investigation, and to lay the theoretical basis. At the same time, it aims to create a foundation for the preparation of desirable detective laws through review and analysis of foreign detective systems and detective-related laws.

세부전공 해설(국문)	정보화와 기술의 발전으로 지식재산권 전문가의 양성은 우리사회에서 더욱 중요해지고 있다. 또한 국제화의 흐름 속에서 지식재산권법의 분쟁은 국내뿐만 아니라 국제적으로 확대되게 되었다. 이 과정을 통하여 지식재산권법, 분쟁해결, 연구방법론, 그리고 기타 관련 주제 등을 학습할 수 있다. 본 과정은 특허, 저작권, 상표, 디자인, 영업비밀, 노하우의 보호, 오픈소스, 기술이전법과 이용허락 및 소송 등을 연구대상으로 한다.
세부전공 해설(영문)	With the progress of informatization and technology, It has become more and more important in our society to encourage the training of intellectual property experts. The globalization extends the scope of disputes for intellectual property rights internationally beyond the boundary of local territory.This course provides an exploration of intellectual property and examines areas such as intellectual property law, dispute resolution, research methods, and other related topics. The course covers patent, copyright, trademark, design, trade secret, know-how protection, open source, and technology transfer law as well as the licensing and litigation thereof.
